롤링 스톤스의 1969년 앨범 Let It Bleed의 4번째 트랙이다. 바비 키스의 색소폰과 리언 러셀, 니키 홉킨스의 피아노 피처링이 돋보이는 매력적인 하드 록 트랙이다. 리더 브라이언 존스의 죽음 이후 들어온 후임 믹 테일러가 Honky Tonk Women과 함께 스톤스에서 처음으로 녹음에 참여한 곡이기도 하다. 다소 난잡한 가사 때문에 You Can't Always Get What You Want에 참가한 런던 바흐 합창단이 자신들의 이름이 앨범 크레딧에 올라가는 것을 거부했다.
