JYJ의 첫번째 정규 앨범 The Beginning의 4번째 트랙이다. 이전의 두 곡과는 다르게 밝은 분위기이며, 바로 다음 노래가 슬픈 분위기라는 것을 감안하면 잠시 쉬어가는 곡. ~~TAXI가 떠오른다~~ [4] [5]

라이브에서는 자주 나왔었으나 ~~박유천의 직캠이 많았다~~ Just Us 발매 이후에는 세트리스트에서 광탈당했다. ~~초창기 곡의 비애~~ ~~[The ...] 수록곡들은 월드투어때도 안 불렸다~~ 초창기에는 팬들이 할 안무까지 있었다.

저 당시 콘서트에서 재중을 사이에 두고 우유천 좌준수가 "Gonna get you girl" 부분부터 유수 케미를 보여주었다. ~~흥분한 팬들 함성 소리와 더불어 사이에 껴서 민망해하는 듯한 재중의 표정과 몸짓은 덤ㅋ~~

[1] 김재중 솔로곡[2] 김준수 솔로곡[3] 박유천 솔로곡[4] 용도는 같지만 분위기는 정반대이다. TAXI는 댄스 곡들 사이에서 잠시 쉬어가는 서정적인 발라드라면 Be My Girl은 이별 노래 사이에서 잠시 쉬어가는 밝은 분위기의 노래이다[5] 팬들에 따라서는 이 노래와 Still In Love가 이어진다고 보는 팬들도 있다. 즉, 사랑에서 이별로 이어진다는 것
